Getinge USA, Inc., a leading supplier of GETINGE Infection Control products to healthcare institutions across the United States, has been recognized by Premier, Inc., one of the nations leading healthcare buying alliances, with a 2009 Suppliers Performance Award for operational excellence.
Getinge will be exhibiting three new product at ACHEMA, the 29th International Exhibition Congress on Chemical Engineering, Environmental Protection and Biotechnology. This event will be held 11-15 May 2009 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Getinge introduces new endoscope reprocessor at Medica 2008

Getinge has announced the introduction of the world’s first pass-through AER, with two separate, asynchronous chambers. The new model will also enable high-volume endoscopy units to benefit from Getinge’s technology for safer and faster reprocessing of flexible endoscopes.
The new machine – called the Getinge HS66 Turbo+ sterilizer – is our fastest sterilizer ever, cutting sterilization cycle times by some 35%, depending on the type of load. Annual WFHSS and AIOS Conference 2008 in Linate, Italy - a perfect match for the Getinge Group

Last week Getinge participated in the annual WFHSS Conference – this year as ‘goldsponsor’. The conference took place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Linate by Milan in Italy from June 4th to June 7th.
