Getinge GEW Series Cage and Bottle washer-dryers are designed for rapid washing of animal cages, boxes and feed water bottles in animal care facilities. The washers combine washing with chemical detergents and high temperature sanitization processes in a rapid cycle.

All four models may be used for washing cages and bottles. However, to avoid cross contamination, Getinge recommends separate washers are used for these items.

These washers are designed for use in animal care facilities that require high capacity cleaning of animal cages and feed water bottles. They may be used stand-alone in facilities with small or medium scale throughput, or as a backup / dedicated bottle washer in larger scale facilities using a higher capacity washer for bulk processing.

Key Features

• Four standard chamber sizes, with capacity ranging from 460 to 1540 liters (16 to 54 cu.ft).
• Double wall for safe high temperature processing.
• Single or double door pass-through configurations.
• Doors are manually operated and counter balanced for ease of use. The door is divided laterally in two parts: the bottom half folds down to open, providing a convenient and ergonomic platform for the loading rack, while the top half rises vertically upwards to allow easy access to the loading rack and reduces the height clearance required (compared with full vertically rising doors).
• Stainless steel construction - chamber, rinse water chamber, water preheating tank, door, frame and outer paneling, for rugged use and corrosion resistance.
