How did you end up at Getinge?
I started with Atrium as a Regional Sales Manager. Atrium was acquired by Getinge shortly after I started work there, which is how I became part of Getinge.
How would you describe the culture within Getinge?
I experience the culture as very effective and very goal driven. Our culture is also built on wanting to be the best partner for our customers and it is this customer centricity that unites us across the business.
What inspires you the most in your job?
Making a real difference in cardiac surgery and delivering great products that really benefit our customers. Doing this together with my colleagues within EMEA is also very inspiring.
Which value would you rate the highest –Collaboration, Openness, Excellence, Ownership or Passion?
It is very hard to only pick one but I would have to say that Passion. Passion is needed to make everything happen.
How would you describe your Passion for life?
My family are my passion and are very important to me. Being with them is a great joy and motivates me in all that I do.
