Can you describe yourself in three words?

Devoted, reliable, hard-working.

How did you end up at Getinge?

I applied to Getinge after finding myself in a need of a change whilst working at another manufacturing site in Poland. I started my journey at Getinge as a Quality Engineer. I have since then changed roles a few times to Senior Quality Engineering, then Quality Manager and finally into my current role.

How would you describe the culture within Getinge?

The culture at Getinge is very people centric, there is a real sense of community here. Since we are a global business we work with colleagues from all over the world and there is great integration between teams but more importantly respect both for the individual and for different cultures.

What inspires you the most in your job?

I am most inspired by the challenges, opportunities, people and also the product I am working with. I really enjoy the fact that I can create comprehensive processes and procedures with autonomy and independence. I feel like my job has a meaning, not only because I am achieving targets and KPI’s, but also because I am ensuring that the product we work with is safe and this saves lives.

Which value would you rate the highest – Collaboration, Openness, Excellence, Ownership or Passion?

For me it is the core of our corporate values – Passion. Being Passionate about what we do as a company and as people gives meaning to our work.

How would you describe your Passion for life?

My passion for life comes from doing things that I enjoy and admire. I am passionate about achieving what I have set out to achieve with a smile on my face and not letting bumps along the way distract me, because these will always come.
