Laina commenced her career in sterile services as a technician. In the last 25 years, she has developed extensive expertise in sales and marketing, management of major capital projects, validation, and, most recently, in her role as Consultant – Infection Control for the South Asia Pacific region.
Recognised as a subject matter expert, Laina is dedicated to advancing best practices, optimising processes, and fostering continuous improvement across the infection control and sterile reprocessing landscape.
