What do you do at Getinge?
I joined Maquet in July, 2014 as a Regional Demand Planner for the CEE region. I have supported the global roll out of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to the CEE region and worked on many process improvements. I was promoted to a Senior Demand Planning Manager EMEA in March 2016. From a career perspective it is great being part of the Global Demand Planning organization and working to implement a structured monthly planning process that provides us with accurate and consistent demand plans along with structured and organized planning cycles.
What is the best part of working here?
I enjoy being part of a global organization and working in an international environment. I have colleagues spread all over the world who I am in contact with on a daily basis and can share knowledge with. Working so closely with my colleagues enables us to be able to quickly make adjustments or improvements if something needs to be adjusted.

What is the biggest challenge of working in Getinge?
Having recently merged our businesses, we are continuing our journey of process and system standardization since this will help us to further improve business efficiency and effectiveness.

For me Collaboration is the path to success. To be able to collaborate well requires that you build a network of strong relationships but also communicate effectively. Collaboration enables me to be to gain deep insights into processes, increase my engagement but also develop “win-win” solutions.

Passion fuels innovation, builds a fantastic team and makes the impossible possible. Having a Passion for Life creates a good atmosphere and generates positive energy which influences all of the people around us. It is an integral part of my success both at work in and in my private life.
