Why did you join Getinge?

I saw a great opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the HR function across the Americas leveraging my HR experience and skills. I also wanted to be part of Getinge's business transformation into one of the leading companies in the industry.

Did you know anything about the MedTech industry before you started here?

I had very limited knowledge about the industry and when I learned more, I was very fascinated and excited to join the industry that helps save people's lives.

What is the most exciting part of your job?

Problem solving and creating solutions that support the business's needs and make the lives of Getinge employees easier on a daily basis.

How do you apply the Getinge core values in your day to day work - Collaboration, Openness, Excellence, Ownership or Passion?

I do my best to create and promote a collaborative environment within the HR team encouraging all of HR staff to be open, share their experiences and knowledge, and help one another. I coach my team and encourage them to do their best on a daily basis.

How would you describe your Passion for life?

I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and learning about other cultures. Spending time with my family and helping them is very important to me. I also like being outside, biking, running, and just enjoying the nature. I love being alive and enjoying life!
