Our Business Areas
Our Business Areas define, develop and promote cutting edge therapies and customer solutions while maintaining our current product portfolio. We are organized into three Business Areas:
- Acute Care Therapies
- Surgical Workflows
- Patient & Post Acute Care
Our Supply Chain organization is responsible for sourcing, producing and delivering our products in time and to the right quality. The Supply Chain organization is set up to support our Business Areas and ensures close alignment to Acute Care Therapies (ACT), Surgical Workflows (SW) and Patient and Post-Acute Care (PPAC).
The Purchasing department aims to provide a dynamic, strategically accessible world-class supplier base.
Our Logistics function aims to deliver creative, cost-effective logistics and supply chain solutions.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance - safeguards Getinge and is responsible for implementing harmonized quality systems and processes globally.
Communications & Brand Management - is responsible for providing efficient, relevant and timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
Group Operations - is focused on driving economy of scale and synergies.
IT - strives to provide high quality support to internal customers as well as cost efficient IT solutions for Getinge worldwide.
Finance - supports the company´s overall financial steering and controlling. It also supports Getinge with IT and Legal services, as well as driving economy of scale and synergy projects.
Human Resources - aligns our people agenda with our business agenda. Focus is on managing headcount data, strategic processes and policies as well as key other key people processes such as performance, capability development and talent management.
