Experience Getinge’s solutions for the biopharma industry at CPhI 2017
The DPTE® transfer system, isolation technology, a compact isolated aseptic filling line – and more!
Getinge’s DPTE® patented transfer solutions are installed on pharmaceutical production lines throughout the world. Our DPTE® equipment ensures secure, ultra-clean transfer of sterile and/or toxic materials, into and out of clean zones. It is the industry standard globally for transfer of aseptic or toxic products in nuclear and biomedical research institutions and the pharmaceutical industry.
Leak-tight bi-directional transfer is assured with our wide range of Beta parts including re-usable containers (PE, stainless steel), tubing and DPTE-BetaBag® in a variety of diameters, volumes and materials to suit numerous applications.
Getinge’s range of isolators provides the barrier that maintains sterility in biopharma production, while improving ergonomy and efficiency.
A modular range of compact isolators designed with the end-user in mind. Ergonomic, space-saving and fully FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliant, Isoflex-R™ isolators provide complete traceability and repeatability for all steps of the sterile handling process. The Isoturn™ patented quick bio decontamination transfer hatch increases efficiency and speed of production. Try it out on Getinge’s stand 40H40.
The Moduline™ - find it on Dara Pharma’s stand, 40G22
For aseptic filling protected by an isolator, the Moduline™ provides a user-friendly environment designed with the operator in mind. A single HMI uses an integrated SCADA system. The compact modular units are designed for assembly in a variety of configurations to fit into the production suite. See it for yourself on Dara Pharma’s stand in Hall 4.0.
The Moduline BioDecontamination™ - find it on Ompi’s stand, 42H12
It’s vital to choose the correct decontamination method for items entering the aseptic core. One rapid and effective solution (6-log reduction in just 20 minutes) for low and medium throughput production lines using syringes, vials or cartridge in tubs is the technology from Getinge and Noxilizer: in-situ generation of N02 gas inside an in-line bio-decontamination tunnel. Hosted by STEVANATO GROUP: view the machine in the Ompi stand and find out more.
