This one-day conference provides the most updated and evidence-based knowledge on  life support for patients with respiratory or cardiac failure or arrest. We will provide an overview of indications, applications, management, and the unique challenges associated with caring for patients on ECLS. Distinguished faculty from a variety of medical specialties (critical care, cardiac surgery, neonatology, pediatrics, cardiology, pulmonology, and medical ethics) will present up-to-date information in the areas of ECLS. The conference also includes ample time for participant involvement in the form of question and answer sessions, case presentations, panel discussions, and a pro-con debate.
