We exist to make life-saving technology accessible for more people. To meet future expectations and perform at our best, we need Team players, Forward thinkers and Game changers.

At Getinge, you will meet a diverse, global environment with many development opportunities and a flexible workplace concept.

Our flexible workplace concept

All our employees in positions allowing for remote work have the possibility to find the best place to do their job; whether it’s in the office or a mixture of office and home. We are passionate about helping our employees find the flexibility they need to be productive and reach work-life harmony. Our flexible workplace concept is available in all our countries across Getinge.

On the road to becoming a CO2 neutral company

For us, becoming C02 neutral in our own production by 2025 is a natural next step in our focus to contribute to sustainable healthcare, environmentally as well as socially, and help our customers save and improve more lives. Our long-term sustainability efforts continue with our commitment to the Science Based Target initiative and to become net-zero by 2050.

Global family leave program

Our aim to contribute to saving lives by improving healthcare is reflected in what we offer our employees at all stages of life. The Getinge family leave program gives our employees the possibility to take time off when then need to focus on family and loved ones. All employees are offered 16 weeks paid parental leave applicable to birth, adoptions and surrogacy (subject to region) and 4 weeks paid caregiver leave to care for a close family member.

Volunteering for all

At Getinge we play an active role in society, striving to make a difference. We have long-term educational partnerships in Pratham, India and support WaterAid’s efforts to improve access to clean water in healthcare facilities. Employees also are offered the time to contribute and help people and causes that matter most. All employees are offered time off each month to support voluntary organizations and charities in the communities where they live and work.
