Getinge US Service Receives NBRI Circle of Excellence Award for Sixth Consecutive Year

Getinge announces that its US Service department has been awarded the National Business Research Institute (NBRI) Circle of Excellence Award for the sixth year in a row. This continued achievement highlights the organization’s commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The NBRI Circle of Excellence Award recognizes organizations that demonstrate world‑class levels of customer satisfaction based on rigorous, scientific, psychological research of customer feedback. To qualify, organizations must score at or above Stretch Performance, placing them at the 75th percentile or higher within their industry.

Getinge continues to outperform industry benchmarks across key indicators of customer satisfaction, including service technician communication, knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and timeliness. Getinge’s performance is compared against a subset of NBRI’s extensive database, which includes more than 10.5 billion survey responses. NBRI’s advanced root‑cause analytics—including linear regressions and random forest modeling—provide actionable insights that help guide ongoing improvements to the customer experience.
