Fixed rate
Sets the pump to run at a constant, user-defined speed or flow rate without real-time sensor feedback or closed-loop correction.
Flow control
Engages the PID controller to automatically adjust pump speed based on real-time feedback from a flow meter, maintaining a specific target flow rate.
Closed-loop control
Engages the pump's PID controller to automatically adjust the pump speed based on feedback from a pressure sensor, maintaining a specific target pressure.
Steady run
The pump runs indefinitely until manually stopped by the operator, maintaining the set flow rate or pressure (depending on the control scheme selected).
Duration run
Allows the user to set a specific run time, after which the pump will automatically stop, ensuring the process runs only for the required duration.
Precise dosing
Enables the precise delivery of a predetermined volume, utilizing the internal totalizer function for high volumetric accuracy.
System ready
Runs the pump at a user-defined high speed for a short duration to quickly remove trapped air or fully wet the fluid path, preparing the system for accurate operation.
FlowMaxx Pro Pump range
With great accuracy and software features such as sensor calibration, FlowMaxx Pro has increased versatility and the ability to integrate into a wide range of unique bioprocesses. Through the enlarged main screen, users have the option to run their pump in multiple modes including continuous, time dispense, volume dispense, and PID control – all of which can be accessed without having to log in.
