Strive for a positive change

We strive to make a positive contribution to the communities we are active in. For example, all employees are offered time off each month to support voluntary organizations and charities in the communities where they live and work. We also collaborate with non-profit organizations such as WaterAid and Pratham, both on a global and local level.

Strive to increase access to healthcare

We are committed to help ensuring that patients have easy and rapid access to the best possible healthcare. We do this by providing for example digital solutions to increase efficiency and tailor-made financing to ensure that caregivers have the tools and support they need to improve and save lives.

Knowledge sharing with governments and regulators

We contribute with our knowledge to governments and regulators in their work to develop public health priorities in the light of growing populations and longer life expectancies.

Dedicated to human rights

Our dedication to upholding human rights is established in our Code of Conduct, with the commitment that human rights should be respected throughout our operations, regardless of where in the world we operate.

Promote equal opportunity

Our global Diversity Directive clearly outlines that all employees have equal opportunities based on competence, experience and performance, regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, age, marital or parental status, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, union affiliation, social background and/or other characteristics protected by applicable law.

Support education initiatives

We have an engagement in local communities and work for positive change through education initiatives. For example, we contribute to the Pratham initiative “Swedish Industry for Quality Education in India”, which focuses on helping children in the Assam region in India learn to read and count.
