OLT helps you assess lung mechanics and gas exchange breath by breath, in real-time and retrospectively. It guides you through the recruitment maneuver, helping you to set a personalized PEEP and reduce driving pressure. [18]

Diaphragm activity

The electrical activity of the diaphragm (Edi) shows you the patient's breathing effort, breath by breath. It helps you titrate sedation and identify the best level of support at all times and during any mode of ventilation. [5] [6] [7]

High Flow therapy

High Flow therapy reduces the patient’s work of breathing by delivering a gas flow volume to meet or exceed the patient’s inspiratory flow rate. [15]  Both Edi monitoring and the integrated nebulization can be used during High Flow therapy.
