Going beyond procedure-duration prediction, it optimizes the plan against a broader set of dependencies across operating rooms (ORs), surgeon and surgical team availability, and post-operative capacity. By providing earlier visibility into potential constraints, the solution helps hospitals make better use of existing surgical capacity, reduce scheduling disruptions, and keep surgical care on track.
