A virtual twin of the physical ventilator
Servo TwinView provides medical staff with remote near real-time data from Servo-u and Servo-n ventilators. This can streamline work in the ICU, enhancing day-to-day workflows for clinicians and provide a better environment for patients.
Connect to the future of intensive care
Supporting staff in the ICU
Connecting Servo-u and Servo-n ventilators to TwinView allows your hospital to increase the effectiveness of daily routines, such as rounding and handover, training and support. This frees up time and costly clinical resources, while avoiding unnecessary disturbance of patients and their relatives in the sensitive ICU environment.
Second opinion and support
By sharing near real-time ventilator data, remotely located experts can support
clinicians at the bedside and give feedback.
Rounding and handover
During the daily handover, the different views can give the ICU team an extensive overview of the patients. Ventilator data is continuously being updated, supporting in discussions.
Training and onboarding
Remote viewing allows staff in training to follow procedures in real time without disturbing the patients. Real patient data contributes to a deeper understanding, and supports fast onboarding.
User-friendly set up
Servo TwinView is a web-based solution accessible on computers and smartphones connected to your hospital network. Independent of where you access Servo TwinView, the information is presented in the same way as on the ventilator.
Intuitive mobile interface.
Remote viewing with three different settings
Servo TwinView users can view near real-time data in three primary views:
All connected ventilators are presented in the List view, displaying their status, location, ventilator mode and basic measured values.
The Twin view displays the full ventilator user interface including all waveforms of the selected ventilator in near real-time. All measured values and settings are visible.
The Dashboard view showcases up to six ventilators simultaneously, providing a comprehensive patient overview.
With Servo TwinView your ICU team can create a calmer environment for patients and relatives. The Servo ventilator that is bedside can show the popular Family view, while clinicians can view full ventilator data remotely on a computer or smartphone.
Planning and management
Using the List, ICU coordinators get an overview of current ventilator availability, location and status – supporting them in the overall planning of the ICU work.
All clinical data is handled within your hospital IT network and secured using encrypted connections. Neither access nor changes can be made to the devices via the network, and security is enhanced through certifications for authentication.
Connectivity set up and prerequisites
Servo TwinView can be opened on viewing devices, such as computers and smartphones, that are connected to the healthcare organization’s network. Data is transferred from the ventilator systems to Getinge Connect Control Center through Wi-Fi. The data is then transferred from Getinge Connect Control Center to Servo TwinView.
