  • First-party Cookies are directly stored by the Getinge website (or Getinge domain) you visit.
  • Third Party Cookies is a cookie stored by a website from a domain other than a Getinge domain. Some of our pages display content from external providers, e.g. YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. To view this third-party content, you first have to accept their specific terms and conditions. This includes their cookie policies, which we have no control over.

6. How to block and/or delete cookies

7. Consent Tool 

The Getinge Cookie Consent tool can be utilized to customize your cookie preferences within the Getinge Cookie banner and by using its “Privacy Preference Center”.

When you access the first time the Getinge website, the Cookie banner will propose to “Allow All” Cookies, to “Reject All” Cookies or to customize your choice by clicking on “Cookies Settings”.

When you click “Cookies Settings” you have access to the “Privacy Preference Center” where you can then adjust your choice for all categories of cookies. You can therefore decide to activate one category and deactivate another. Cookies related to a disabled category will not be stored on your computer.

The tool will record when you have consented to our cookie policy and will ask for consent once a year to ensure users stay up to date with changes to our cookie and privacy policies. The consent tool specifically controls the performance cookies, functional cookies, targeting/advertising cookies and Google Analytics cookies set by using our primary public website (Getinge.com).  Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, nor can the tool be used to block cookies on third party websites linked from our website.
