Annual General Meeting 2027

Getinge AB’s Annual General Meeting will be held on April 20, 2027, in Halmstad, Sweden.

Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the Annual General Meeting may submit their proposal to the chairperson of the board via e-mail arenden.bolagsstamma@getinge.com or by mail to the following address:

To ensure inclusion in the notice and the agenda for the Annual General Meeting, the matter must be received by the company no later than March 2, 2027.
