Ultrasonic cleaning machine Triton 36 Automatic Single-Basin Ultrasonic Cleaning System

Advanced technology for greater flexibility and throughput

With 36 dedicated ports for lumen instruments and the ability to process two complete sets of da Vinci® Xi-series robotics in a 15-minute wash cycle, this ultrasonic cleaner can easily handle any workload. Slide-and-lock trays and automatic elevators add to its efficiency.

Flexibility

This versatile ultrasonic cleaner has three trays and the ability to process 36 lumen and nonlumen instruments simultaneously or 2 trays of 20 da Vinci robotic instruments in a dedicated cycle. Lumen and nonlumen instruments can be cleaned in the same trays and in the same cycle as robotic instruments.

Industry-leading technology

A titanium rod transducer sits inside the basin rather than outside and provides a more uniform energy distribution. Combined with its high cavitation energy output (79 watts per gallon with a frequency of 40 kHz), it provides a thorough, faster cleaning cycle.

Ease of use

Slide-and-lock trays combined with automatic tray elevators make loading the machine simple. No bending or lifting the trays out of the basin. The user-friendly 7" touchscreen provides ready access to all the machine’s functions.

UV Filtration

Recirculated water from the basin passes through a UV filter to help deactivate bacteria and viruses flushed from lumen or robotic instruments.

Automatic Single-Basin Ultrasonic Cleaning System

Designed to keep up with the hectic schedule of today’s sterile processing departments (SPDs), the Triton 36 ultrasonic surgical instrument cleaner provides great throughput in less time, designed to increase your department’s efficiency. Capable of processing even the longest robotic instruments, this workhorse ultrasonic cleaning system can fit up to 10 robotic instruments per specialized tray and up to 12 lumen instruments per standard tray. It cleans two complete sets of da Vinci® robotic instruments in a 15-minute wash cycle.

The Triton 36 delivers high performance and great ergonomic benefits. Our industry-exclusive titanium rod transducer (TRT) technology promotes powerful cavitation compared to standard ultrasonics with bonded transducers, providing a faster, yet more thorough, cleaning. Recirculated water is treated with ultraviolet (UV) energy to deactivate bacteria and viruses. A pneumatic air cylinder controls the raising and lowering of the work tray elevator, eliminating the need for operators to reach into the tank of contaminated solution and reducing back strain. Three slide-and-lock trays make loading and unloading simple.
